Dashboard
The dashboard provides a summary of your 7 day average for the week. This includes a summary of your diary entries for the last 7 days, as well as the average calories for the that you have logged, and your average daily weight change.
Setting your goals
The app offers a FREE goal setting functionality for your weight loss. You can enter key biometric information (such as your gender, age and height) and our app will calculate your daily calories target.
The app also offers additional functionality for goal setting including:

Nutrient goals for macros, fat profile, carb profile, micronutrients. You can edit your macro targets in this section.

Mealtime goals, where you macros and calories are split and allocated across meal times during the day.

Reset goals, resets your data to the original setting.
Logging food
You can quickly access the food database by clicking on the "log food" button. Further details for the food database can be found in the diary app user guide here.
6-step program
Our 6-step program is our framework through which our app is built. Work your way through these various steps and follow our framework for weight loss.
Do More Button
The Do More button provides you with a list of additional options, including: adding weight, biometrics, exercise, water, notes as well as accessing your account and contacting our team for help.
